Who can take part

  • You have non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has spread (stage III or IV) and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have an EGFR mutation (specifically Exon20 insertion for part B, or other EGFR mutations for part A).
  • You are at least 18 years old, able to walk and care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1), and expected to live at least 3 months.
  • You have had standard treatment (like chemotherapy or targeted therapy) that stopped working or caused side effects you couldn't tolerate – or you have not had any treatment for advanced lung cancer (for part B).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and you have not had radiation to that tumor.
  • You must not have certain heart problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, bleeding disorders, or a history of severe allergic reactions to the study drugs.
