  • Had a self-hypnosis training for pain in the last year
  • Be 18 years or older
  • Have had pain for at least 3 months
  • Pain level of at least 4 out of 10 in the last day
  • Able to read, speak, and understand French
  • Have internet access for video group sessions and online surveys
