Self-Hypnosis Training to Help Manage Migraine Headaches

Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with migraines by a doctor for at least one year
  • You speak French and can understand French-language training materials
  • You have a reliable internet connection to access online hypnosis sessions
  • You can commit to the full 2.5-month training program
  • You will not drink alcohol or use recreational drugs on the morning of group hypnosis sessions
  • You do not have severe hearing loss, cognitive impairment, or untreated mental health conditions that make communication difficult
