Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and has not responded to at least two prior treatments, or you cannot have standard treatments.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- Your blood counts and liver and kidney function are within certain limits (your doctor will check).
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2) and are expected to live at least 3 months.
- You agree to use contraception if you or your partner could become pregnant.
