- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and cannot be surgically removed (or you refuse surgery).
- You have at least one liver tumor that can be injected and measured on scans.

- Your liver function, kidney function, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
