Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and cannot be surgically removed (or you refuse surgery).
  • You have at least one liver tumor that can be injected and measured on scans.
  • You have not had certain previous cancer treatments, like prior immunotherapy or certain antivirals, within specific timeframes.
  • Your liver function, kidney function, and blood counts are within acceptable ranges.
  • You are willing to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
