Study of blood flow risk after fistula surgery

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have stage 5 chronic kidney disease (the most advanced stage, sometimes called kidney failure).
  • You are going to have a procedure to create an arteriovenous fistula (a special connection between an artery and a vein used for dialysis).
  • You have health insurance or are covered by a social security system.
