Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older and have advanced cancer that cannot be cured with available treatments.
  • You have a tumor sample available for testing, and your tumors can be measured on scans.
  • You are in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities) and have adequate organ function.
  • Side effects from prior treatments have mostly resolved (except hair loss).
  • You do not have active brain metastases, uncontrolled infections, or certain heart rhythm issues.
