Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic cancer that cannot be cured with standard treatments.
  • You are able to swallow pills and willing to take the study drug every day and record your doses.
  • You have not had a drug that targets CDK12/13 before.
  • You do not have current or past brain metastases, or an active autoimmune disease.
  • You have adequate organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow) and no serious heart problems.
