Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 70 years old.
  • Your main stomach problem is bloating or a feeling of fullness (more than pain or other symptoms).
  • You have tested positive for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth (SIBO) on a breath test.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have not taken antibiotics or probiotics in the last 2 weeks, and no stomach medications in the last week.
  • You do not have serious health conditions like cancer, kidney disease, or diabetes.
