Who can take part

  • You have advanced cancer that has spread or cannot be removed (any type except brain or spinal cord cancer).
  • You have at least one tumor outside the brain that can be measured on scans.
  • If you have had brain metastases, they must have been treated and stable for at least 4 weeks, and you shouldn't need steroids for them.
  • You have not had a drug that targets TLR7 or TLR8 before (or have permission from the study doctor).
  • You do not have serious heart problems, active infections, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or a history of autoimmune disease requiring strong immune-suppressing drugs.
