Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You are able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer is advanced (cannot be removed by surgery) and has not responded to standard treatments, or no standard treatment is available.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a scan (for dose escalation) or measured (for dose expansion).
  • You have not had a cancer drug called an ADC containing Exatecan that didn't work or caused serious side effects.
