Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older with advanced liver cancer (HCC) that cannot be surgically removed or treated with local therapies.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse or you could not tolerate at least one standard treatment (such as immunotherapy or a targeted drug).
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on scans and has not been treated with local therapies like chemoembolization or ablation (unless it grew in that area).
  • Your liver function is good enough (Child-Pugh class A or B with score 7 or less) and your blood work shows adequate organ function.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample if available, and agree to use effective contraception if needed.
