Who can take part
- You are pregnant with one baby (not twins or more).
- An ultrasound before 28 weeks showed the baby's urinary tract is widened, and this is the only finding (no other problems seen).
- You have a follow-up ultrasound after 28 weeks.
- Your baby will see a pediatric kidney doctor within one month after birth and be followed for up to 6 months.
- You are not pregnant with multiple babies, and there are no other birth defects or genetic conditions (like Down syndrome) in the baby.
