This study tests whether gentle vagus nerve stimulation (a non-invasive ear device) can improve hand movement learning in older adults. You will do simple hand exercises while wearing a small ear clip.

  • You are between 65 and 84 years old.
  • You are in good physical and mental health.
  • You do not have any heart problems, implanted devices, or metal in your head.
  • You have no hand or arm problems that limit movement.
  • You have not had a stroke, brain injury, or brain condition like Parkinson's or Alzheimer's.
