Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older
- You must have moderate to severe HS (Hurley stage II or III) that has lasted at least 6 months and hasn't gotten better with standard treatments
- You must have tried oral antibiotics for HS and they didn't work (or you couldn't take them)
- You must have 5 or more painful bumps (abscesses or nodules) from HS
- If you can get pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study
- You must not have active TB, HIV, hepatitis B or C, or a recent live vaccine
