Who can take part
- You have prostate cancer that is at least unfavorable intermediate risk or higher (based on NCCN guidelines).
- You are able to have both a PSMA-PET/CT and an MRI scan, or a combined PSMA-PET/MRI scan.
- Your PSA level was 30 ng/mL or lower before starting hormone therapy (if you had any).
- You have not had radiation or major surgery to your prostate before.
- You do not have hip replacements that interfere with scans.
- You have a life expectancy of at least 5 years and are in good enough health (ECOG 0 or 1).
