Who can take part

  • You are a man age 18 or older with prostate cancer confirmed by biopsy
  • Your MRI shows stage T3b, with no nearby nodes (N0) and no spread to distant organs (M0)
  • A specific prostate lesion (abnormal spot) is visible on MRI before treatment
  • You can have a full MRI scan (you can lie still for about 45–60 minutes and don’t have severe claustrophobia)
  • You have a pre-treatment PSMA PET/CT scan available
