Can cognitive training boost physical activity in midlife adults?

  • You are between 40 and 65 years old.
  • You work full-time (35+ hours per week).
  • You are currently 'low active' (not meeting exercise guidelines).
  • You can get your doctor's approval to start an aerobic exercise program.
  • You have corrected vision of 20/40 or better and are fluent in English.
