Apatinib plus standard therapy for advanced breast cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced breast cancer that is HER2-negative and hormone receptor-positive
  • You have already tried endocrine therapy and a CDK4/6 inhibitor, and the cancer continued to grow
  • You have received no more than 3 different chemotherapy treatments for advanced cancer
  • You are 18 or older, able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1), and have a life expectancy of at least 3 months
  • You have a tumor that can be measured on scans, such as CT or MRI
  • Your organs (blood, liver, kidneys) are working well enough, and you have no major bleeding risks
