Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have HER2-negative stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread.
  • You have not had any chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy for advanced stomach cancer before.
  • Your overall health is good (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you can carry out daily activities without much trouble.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney function are within a certain range (your doctor can check this).
  • You are willing to use effective birth control if you or your partner could become pregnant.
