Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have an advanced solid tumor that can be biopsied or surgically removed to collect enough immune cells.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured and that has not been treated with radiation in the last 28 days (unless it got worse).
- You must be in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of more than 3 months.
- Your heart, liver, kidney, and blood counts must be within a certain healthy range.
- You must not have active infections like HIV, hepatitis B or C, or uncontrolled medical conditions.
