  • You are between 40 and 75 years old.
  • You have had Parkinson's disease for at least 4 years.
  • Your symptoms clearly improve with levodopa.
  • You have not had brain surgery or procedures like deep brain stimulation or gene therapy.
  • You do not have memory problems, dementia, or other serious health issues that increase surgical risks.
  • You can temporarily stop blood-thinning medications for at least 2 weeks.
