  • You have been diagnosed with low- or intermediate-risk endometrial cancer (grade 1 or 2, stage 1).
  • Your doctor has recommended a minimally invasive hysterectomy (laparoscopy).
  • You are willing to have your data matched with the French national health database (SNDS).
  • You are 18 years or older and have signed a consent form.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You are not under legal protection (guardianship, curatorship) or deprived of liberty.
  • You are covered by French social security.
  • You are not currently in another interventional trial that would affect this study's data.
