- You must have intermediate age-related macular degeneration (AMD) with certain small yellow deposits called drusen in your eyes.
- You must be willing to sign a consent form agreeing to take part in the study.
- Your eyes must not have any other serious conditions like diabetic retinopathy, a history of retinal vein blockage, or previous eye surgeries.
- You must not have had any laser treatment or injections of anti-VEGF medicine in the eye being studied.
