Who can take part
- You are the main person taking care of the baby (primary caregiver)
- You bought or rented a SNOO that was shipped to a home in the United States
- You speak English and are 18 years or older, living in the U.S.
- Your baby uses the SNOO from birth to 6 months old
- Your baby has at least one of these risk factors: Black/African American or American Indian/Alaska Native race; mother has 12 years of school or less; baby weighed less than 5 pounds 8 ounces at birth; baby was born before 37 weeks; mother was under 25 when the baby was born; mother smoked during pregnancy
