Who can take part

  • You are 18 years old or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with COPD.
  • You are in the rehab program at Clinique de la Mitterie and can attend at least 18 sessions over 4 weeks.
  • You do not have a heart condition that makes exercise dangerous.
  • Your breathing is stable (no severe flare-ups needing oxygen or hospital care).
