Who can take part

  • You are 70 years old or older
  • You have a blood cancer (like leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, or related conditions) that is either new, has come back, or is getting worse
  • You are about to start or have just started (within the last 6 weeks) systemic cancer treatment (e.g., chemotherapy, pills, or shots)
  • You are not strongly healthy—you have some frailty (a score of 14 or less on a special frailty test)
  • You are expected to live more than 6 months, and you are not currently in the hospital
