  • You identify as Latino or Hispanic.
  • You were assigned male at birth.
  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have HIV and have been on HIV medication for at least one month.
  • In the past year, you had a detectable viral load, missed doses, or feel you've had trouble taking your medication on time.
  • You own a personal cell phone and use text messaging.
