  • You are between 18–30 years old or between 60–85 years old.
  • You have normal or corrected-to-normal vision (glasses or contacts are fine).
  • You do not have any known neurological problems (like a brain injury or dementia).
  • You can understand and follow instructions in English easily (learned English before age 11).
  • You are not currently in another cognitive training study.
  • You can stick to the training schedule (a few sessions over several weeks).
