This study tests a mobile health program to help young adults ages 18–26 who use e-cigarettes regularly to reduce or quit. It uses text messages to support you, and you'll need to be interested in changing your vaping habits.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 26 years old.
- You use e-cigarettes (vapes) at least 4 days a week and have for the past month.
- You are interested in cutting down or quitting e-cigarettes.
- You do not have a serious mental health condition (like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder) or severe alcohol/drug problem in the past year.
- If you are female, you are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant in the next 6 months.
- You are not currently taking any smoking cessation medication like Chantix or Wellbutrin.
