Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • You have had surgery to tighten the ligaments on the outside of your ankle because of ongoing ankle instability.
  • You tried other treatments (like therapy or braces) before surgery, but they didn't work.
  • You play sports or exercise at least 2 times a week.
  • You can read, write, and understand French.
