This study looks at how well amateur athletes recover and return to sport after ACL reconstruction. If you had ACL surgery on one knee at least 6 months ago, you may be able to participate in simple functional tests to track your progress.

Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You had ACL surgery on one knee at least 6 months ago.
  • You play sports at an amateur level (Tegner score of 5 or more, meaning you do sports like running, hiking, or recreational team sports).
  • You have had a strength test (isokinetic) recently that shows it's safe for you to do more physical tests.
  • You speak French and are covered by French social security or similar health insurance.
