Who can take part
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have been diagnosed with a type of pancreatic cancer called pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC)
- You haven't had any previous treatment for your pancreatic cancer that has spread (advanced or metastatic)
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan
- You are able to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0 or 1)
- Your major organs (like kidney, liver, bone marrow) are working well enough
- If you could become pregnant, you agree to use highly effective birth control during the study and for 24 weeks after
