Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have non-small cell lung cancer that has stopped responding to or has come back after at least two prior treatments
- Your cancer has gotten worse in recent scans
- You are well enough to have a minor procedure (biopsy) to get a fresh sample of your tumor
- You can do most of your daily activities on your own (ECOG 0 or 1) and doctors expect you to live at least 3 more months
