- You have advanced non-small cell lung cancer (not neuroendocrine lung cancer)
- You are currently taking an immune therapy that targets PD-1 or PD-L1
- You can provide tumor tissue from before and after immunotherapy, or stored tissue from the last year, plus a pathology report
- You can provide a blood sample at the same time as the tissue sample
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans and enough time to be in the study (life expectancy at least 12 weeks)
- Your body function labs are within required ranges (blood counts, liver tests, clotting tests, and bilirubin)
