Who can take part
- You have a solid tumor (like lung, breast, or colon) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery – but not skin cancer.
- You are about to start or are already on a standard immunotherapy (checkpoint inhibitor) as part of your routine care.
- You have controlled brain metastases, take less than 10 mg of prednisolone (a steroid) daily, and have no known allergy to mistletoe.
- You are able to get up and move around or at least take care of yourself (ECOG 0-2).
- You are 18 or older and not under legal guardianship.
- You have never received mistletoe treatment before.
