- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have had surgery to remove pancreatic cancer, and the surgeon was able to remove all visible tumor (R0 or R1 resection).
- You have not had chemotherapy or radiation before your surgery.
- You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and have good organ function (kidneys, liver, bone marrow).
- You do not have another serious medical condition, active infection, or a history of other cancers.
