Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have an advanced solid tumor that has continued to grow after standard treatments, or you cannot tolerate those treatments.
- You have at least one tumor that can be seen on a CT or MRI scan.
- Your daily activities are mostly normal (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You must provide a tumor tissue sample (either a fresh biopsy or one from a previous surgery).
- If you could become pregnant or father a child, you must use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
