Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor that did not respond to standard treatments, or you cannot take those treatments due to side effects.
- You are 18 to 75 years old and are expected to live at least 3 more months.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (CT or MRI).
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1) and have adequate organ function.
- If you are able to have children, you must agree to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after.
- You do not have certain serious heart, lung, or autoimmune conditions. You must not have active hepatitis B, C, or HIV.
