Who can take part
- You are an unpaid caregiver for someone with early to moderate dementia
- You provide at least 14 hours of care per week and have done so for at least 3 months
- You are 18 years or older and can read
- You have been feeling depressed or have depressive symptoms
- You use a messaging app on your phone
- You are not currently getting medical treatment for depression and do not have a serious unstable health condition or memory problems
