Who can take part
- You have advanced (stage III or IV) or recurrent endometrial cancer that has come back after no more than one round of platinum chemotherapy, and if it came back, it was at least 12 months since that chemo.
- Your tumor has a TP53 gene mutation, confirmed by a special lab test.
- You have not had prior treatment with an immunotherapy drug (like a checkpoint inhibitor) or a PARP inhibitor.
- You are at least 18 years old and your doctor rates your overall health as 0, 1, or 2 on a standard scale.
- Your organ function, including liver, kidney, and blood counts, is within acceptable ranges, and you don't have active autoimmune or heart conditions.
- You are willing to provide a tumor sample for extra testing, follow the visit schedule, and sign a consent form.
