Who can take part
- You have a gynecologic cancer (like ovarian or endometrial cancer) that has caused fluid buildup in your belly (malignant ascites).
- You have at least 1 liter of fluid in your belly (confirmed by CT or ultrasound).
- You are between 18 and 70 years old and your expected survival is at least 12 weeks.
- You have good enough organ function (kidney, liver, bone marrow) as shown by recent blood tests.
