Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You need to have an advanced solid tumor (like stomach, colorectal, esophageal, or gynecological cancer) that has not responded to at least two prior treatments.
- You should have fluid buildup in your abdomen (malignant ascites) that hasn't required drainage in the past week.
- You need to have at least one measurable tumor.
- You should be able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and have a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
- Your major organs (liver, kidneys, etc.) must be working well enough.
