Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced cancer (such as stomach, colon, esophagus, or gynecologic cancer) that has not improved after at least two previous treatments.
- You have been diagnosed with malignant ascites (fluid in the belly caused by cancer) but do not need to have the fluid drained in the week before treatment.
- You are able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1) and expected to live at least 12 more weeks.
- Your organs (kidneys, liver, heart, etc.) are working well enough based on blood tests.
- You have not had NK cell therapy before and are not allergic to protein-based drugs.
- You are willing to use effective birth control if you could become pregnant or father a child, during and for 3 months after the study.
