3D modeling for surgery on children's pelvic and retroperitoneal tumors

Who can take part

  • Child is between 3 months and under 18 years old.
  • Child has a tumor in the pelvic area (requiring an MRI) or in the retroperitoneal area (requiring a CT scan or MRI) for surgery planning.
  • Child has no metal or devices that prevent an MRI (like a pacemaker or metal clips).
  • Child does not need general anesthesia for the MRI.
  • Child does not have kidney failure or an allergy to CT contrast dye.
  • Child has not been in another drug trial within the last 30 days.
  • Parents or guardians do not object to the child's participation.
