  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • You have end-stage kidney disease and are on hemodialysis.
  • You have already received a HeRO Graft or Super HeRO System for your dialysis.
  • You cannot have had a HeRO device replaced or fixed before.
  • You must not have an active infection near the device site or in your bloodstream.
