Who can take part
- You have end-stage kidney disease (kidney failure) and need a graft for dialysis, but a fistula (a direct connection between an artery and vein) is not an option for you.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your arm veins and arteries are large enough (at least 4mm) for the study graft.
- You are willing and able to come to follow-up visits for at least 1 year after the procedure.
- You do not have severe heart disease, uncontrolled diabetes, active infection, a bleeding disorder, or upcoming kidney transplant within 6 months.
