Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 22 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 25 (healthy weight range).
  • You do not exercise or go to the gym (sedentary lifestyle).
  • You have regular menstrual cycles every month.
  • You do not smoke or take medications that affect metabolism or heart function.
  • You are willing to use a period calendar and fitness app on your phone.
