Who can take part

  • You have one of these cancer types: liver cancer (HCC), stomach cancer with high AFP levels, germ cell tumors, or a certain type of lung cancer (squamous NSCLC) that has a protein called GPC3.
  • Your cancer is advanced or has spread and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You are well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had treatment that targets GPC3 or the 4-1BB protein before.
  • You do not have active brain metastases, autoimmune disease, or need high-dose steroids.
