Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and in generally good health (based on lab tests and daily activity level).
- You must have a type of advanced solid tumor that can't be removed by surgery or has spread, from a list including head and neck, lung, bladder, breast, prostate, colorectal, and others.
- You must have a tumor sample available (from a past biopsy) or be able to safely get a new biopsy.
- You must not have had certain prior cancer treatments within a specific time window, or any prior treatment with B7-H3 or topoisomerase-targeting drugs.
- You must not have active infections or major medical conditions affecting your heart, lungs, or stomach, or a history of untreated brain metastases.
- Women must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and all participants must use effective birth control during and for 7 months after treatment.
