Who can take part
- You are a veteran or current military member, 18 or older
- You have been diagnosed with adjustment disorder (a condition where you have trouble coping after a stressful event)
- If you take medication for mood or mental health, you have been on a stable dose for at least 4 weeks
- You do not have active psychosis (seeing or believing things that aren't real)
- You do not have suicidal thoughts with a clear plan to act on them
- You do not have severe problems with alcohol or drugs
